In addition to putting the whole farm up for sale the Township is selling pieces of The Paul Farm to several adjacent landowners and have also put the whole farm up for bid. Township officials will set a bad precedent for all Open Space Programs in the State if they sell off a portion of this land. They have already entered into an agreement with the property owners. We believe this sale of these portions can be challenged to stop a precedent from being set and to prevent our Township from selling pieces of other portions of Open Space as we have heard may have been offered to some adjacent to the Welter Farm.
